I hate sailing at ponds where its shifty but i still sail at the worst of all the ponds!

You need to get some good results. There are usually talent spotters (for example Olivier) at key events.

It would also be good if you could do the open class training at Weymouth on December 10th.

basically, how do i get in the 29er transitional squad?
