	Ditto; looking for a copy too. Would anyone be willing to rip a copy, compress a file into a suitable format (.avi or .mkv would be best) and put into a Dropbox folder? I'm loathe to suggest this, as I don't want to deprive the producers of any revenue. However, given the near total unavailability of this, I think we might be justified in restricted circulation? Or would others disagree?
