Farr 40 Palm Beach Regatta

by Jason Rowed on 10 Mar 2001
Farr 40's expect close racing again Ian Grant
Farr 40 One Designs use Palm Beach Offshore Regatta as a warm up to the
upcoming Rosemont Farr 40 regatta.

Up to ten Farr 40's will line up this weekend for the regatta held of Palm
Beach. It's set to be a very demanding weekend of One Design racing for the
owner drivers. One bad tack can mean big losses in this class as you've
generally got very close company and they just slip by.

Interesting news is the possibility that Novelle Crighton and some of his
'Shockwave' crew will be out racing onboard ENVY this weekend, keep an eye
out for those boys in their Shockwave gear.

Full results will be available on RPAYC's website www.rpayc.com.au

More news to come after the first day of racing.
