Henri-Lloyd's Explorer range is a collection of high-performance shorts, trousers and skorts engineered for active users looking for style, comfort, and durability in all situations.
Inspired by hiking trousers and clothing designed for climbing, the Explorer range is constructed using a double-weave, 4-way stretch fabric that moves effortlessly with the body while maintaining its shape. Designed to perform in dynamic environments, whether on or off the water, the fabric incorporates 92% recycled polyester with Spandex. A PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) coating protects the wearer from spray and light rain while remaining breathable and quick-drying.
The high-abrasion resistant coating ensures longevity, ensuring the Explorer range of skorts, shorts and trousers stand up to repeated wear both on deck and onshore. The lightweight yet durable fabric is crease resistant so no need for ironing, and weighs 260 gsm, making the Explorer range ideal for those on the go.
The Explorer Skort provides all the functional practicality of shorts with an integrated stretch mesh inner short concealed under an outer skirt. There is a laminated waistband with belt loop and snap closure, a welted back pocket, and concealed zipped front pocket and two angled hand pockets. Available in sizes XS to 2XL, the Explorer Skort comes in four colourways - Navy, Ice, Black and Titanium - and retail at £95.
The Explorer Short also costs £95, and is available in female sizing (XS to 2XL) and in men's sizes (30 to 40 inch waist) in Navy, Ice, Black and Titanium. Features include secure zipped back pocket and a waterproof zipped side pocket, and two angled hand pockets. The waist band provides a comfortable fit with belt looks and embroidered Henri-Lloyd logo on the back central belt loop carrier.
For those who want trousers, the Explorer 3.0 trouser also features a welted back pocket in addition to two waterproof zipped side pockets with concealed ankle hem adjustors for customisable fit. With their stylish comfort fit and secure pockets, many sailors also chose the Explorer trouser for wearing directly from the boat to the golf course.
