First impressions sell crewed yacht charters, and in today's visual marketplace, a polished presentation is everything. That's why the 2025 USVI Charter Yacht Show, hosted by the Virgin Islands Professional Charter Association (VIPCA), November 7-10 at IGY's Yacht Haven Grande, is putting professionalism on display front and center.

From lifestyle photography by Diamond Sponsor Mango Media to crew uniforms by Gold Sponsor Maho Crew, this year's Show spotlights how a strong visual presence—both online and on deck—can directly boost charter appeal, reflecting the quality standard that defines the USVI's world-class crewed charter sector.

"As a broker, we rely heavily on presentation. It's the foundation of how we connect with clients. Without a storefront, our "first impression" lives entirely online through websites, photography, and social media. We often have just one moment to capture someone's attention. That moment can determine whether they reach out or move on," says Caitie Rosko, founder and yacht charter broker of UC (Uncharted) Yacht Charters, in St. Thomas. Crew wear plays a vital role, too. It's the guest's first impression the moment they step aboard, setting the tone for the entire experience. Ultimately, strong presentation is not a luxury in this industry; it's a necessity."

Official Media Sponsor: Mango Media

Mango Media, a leader in luxury brand storytelling for the yachting and hospitality industries, has introduced new integrated website solutions for yachts from its office at IGY's Yacht Haven Grande. These sites sync seamlessly with platforms like YachtCharterFleet and Central Listing pages, giving owners and brokers more control over their marketing.

Specializing in high-end photography, video, and digital marketing, Mango Media helps clients capture not just yachts—but the lifestyle behind them.

"We're thrilled to return as Diamond Sponsor for the 2025 USVI Charter Yacht Show," says William Torrillo, chief executive officer. "Our goal is to help every vessel put its best visual foot forward while celebrating the people who make the Virgin Islands world-class."

At the Show, Mango Media will provide official event photography, social media coverage, and complimentary media consultations, while showcasing its latest creative work and scheduling yacht photo and video shoots for 2025-2026.

Slow Is Pro, created by UC Charter Broker's Rosko in memory of Captain Stephen L. Cross Jr., officially launches at the Show on Saturday, November 8, at 7:30 p.m., to promote safer boating through education, preparedness, and community awareness. With Mango Media's support, the initiative now has a dynamic digital home where crews can access safety tools, download emergency resources, and contribute to ongoing programs like the Stephen L. Cross Jr. Scholarship, helping turn one man's motto into a movement for lasting change across the Virgin Islands.

Official Clothing Sponsor: Maho Crew

Maho Crew, a leading provider of performance uniforms and lifestyle apparel for yacht crews, continues to set the standard for comfort, durability, and professional style.

For 2025, the Niantic, CT, headquartered company has expanded its lineup with new premium brands and a Private Collection exclusive to yacht professionals, crafted from advanced technical fabrics with modern fits for life at sea. Maho Crew has also simplified its custom ordering process, allowing captains and management teams to create personalized uniform programs with embroidery and logo options easily.

"Our focus is on combining functionality with elevated style," says Ted Norris, co-founder. "When crew members look and feel their best, it elevates the entire charter experience."

At the 2025 USVI Charter Yacht Show, Maho Crew will showcase its Private Collection and meet with clients to discuss outfitting solutions for the upcoming season.

Spotlight on Showing Yachts: Sun Daze

Sail and power, multihulls and monohulls will be on display. This includes the Bali 5.4, Sun Daze.

"The USVI Charter Yacht Show is a prime opportunity for Sun Daze and her crew to connect with brokers and showcase the yacht's refined comfort and relaxed luxury," says Chef Natasha Milliken-Smith.

Yacht features include elegant styling, spacious decks, and a full suite of water toys. Show highlights for Sun Daze crew include an onboard brokers' luncheon with Chef Natasha's canapés and Captain Caydon Harris' signature cocktail during the mixology competition.

Professional photography by Mango Media has also helped drive visibility and bookings, adds Milliken-Smith. "High-quality visuals are often the first impression brokers and guests have. Mango Media's work captures the warmth, detail, and atmosphere that make Sun Daze stand out."
