RYA Audiobooks - Come and have a listen at the RYA Dinghy Show

The RYA is delighted to unveil RYA Audiobooks, the latest addition to the RYA's already extensive range of print and digital publications.
The RYA Yachtmaster Handbook (G70) and RYA VHF Handbook (G31) will be the first two titles to be made available in the new audiobook format, with additional publications expected to be released in the future.
Samples of both audiobooks will be available for visitors to listen to on the RYA Publications stand (C69) at the RYA Dinghy Show in association with Yachts & Yachting (29 February - 01 March, Alexandra Palace, London).
RYA Publications Manager, Steen Ingerslev commented: "Audiobooks have seen a massive increase in popularity in recent years, with the new and accessible format offering 'readers' the opportunity to listen on the go. As well as the obvious accessibility benefits, this is a huge opportunity for us to expand our offer and reach a broader audience.
"The first two titles will be available on all the popular audiobook platforms shortly and we look forward to hearing your feedback at the show."
As well as sampling the new RYA Audiobooks, visitors to this year's RYA Dinghy Show will be able to pick up a copy of the recently available, third edition of RYA Tactics (G40). Expertly written by world-renowned, race strategist and Olympic Coach, Mark Rushall, the popular title is essential reading for those looking to win their next race on the water.
For those wanting more, Mark will be 'Talking Tactics' in the Knowledge Zone at 12pm on both Saturday and Sunday, and will be on the RYA Publications stand directly afterwards with Olympic sailor, Hannah Mills, to chat to readers and sign copies of the book.
The publications team are also offering visitors the opportunity to win an eBook copy of the new edition. Simply be one of the first ten people to the stand each day to win!
As always, a selection of key RYA titles will be available to purchase and all the latest RYA eBooks will be available to view on the giant iPad. Don't forget, RYA members are able to take advantage of an exclusive 20% show discount.
