12th Yisunsin Cup International Yacht Race - Day 1

For one more year, top-level sailors have gathered in Tongyeong in South Korea in order to participate in the 12th edition of the Yisunsin Cup International Yacht Race.

A fleet of 45 boats and more than 300 sailors from seven countries complete the participants' list while racing in three different categories.

Today we had strong gusty winds, as the boats competed in an offshore race beginning from the port of Tongyeong, heading to Bijin island and returning in order to finish back at the port.

In the ORC1 class, Vikira was the winner today while in ORC2 class it was Rate that won first place. Stay tuned as we continue with more racing tomorrow.
