420 class Newbies Coaching at Draycote Water Sailing Club

The 420 class held a coaching session over the weekend of 29 and 30 September, specifically focussing on the vital skills for those new to the class. Class Coach Tim Rush led the session which was kindly hosted by Draycote Water SC.
The coaching provided a mix of shore based input to allow participants to benefit from Tim's skills in rig setting, followed by plenty of time on the water for learning and practising routines and getting used to the trapeze and symmetrical spinnaker.
The next 420 Class Open Coaching takes place at Rutland Water SC on 13 and 14 October, followed by the Inland Championships, again at Rutland Water SC, on 20 and 21 October.
