Are you looking for a career with a world championship winning brand? P&B have a fantastic opportunity for a full / part time Workshop Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Based in their busy, modern workshop in Northampton, the role is mainly GRP / epoxy based but will entail an exposure to all trades - from repairs to full fit-outs.
Previous experience of boat repairing is not required but would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess good communication skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Be hard working.
- Be fit and relatively agile.
- Be a good team player.
- Be able to work on own initiative and prioritise work.
- Have willingness to sometimes work outside winter & summer.
- Have some flexibility in working hours.
- Possess the ability to liaise confidently with customers.
