South Australia's most comprehensive boating show, open from the 15th to the 17th of June at the Adelaide Showground, is attracting the state's most recognised and respected boating suppliers and retailers.

Whether you love the inland waterways of South Australia or prefer the open waters off the coast, exhibitors at the Adelaide Boat Show promise everything for the avid boater.

Don Morton Marine has secured a number of new releases making their premiere at the show. "We're pleased to feature the new Savage 615 Bluewater, aluminium and locally made at almost 7 metres in length fitted with latest Evinrude 150ETEC G2," General Manager Tony Gibb said. "Hopefully, we'll also be presenting the new Evolution 600 Apex Tournament, a fibreglass boat very popular with those who love fishing also fitted with the latest Evinrude ETEC 250hp G2." Don Morton Marine has secured nearly 160 square metres of space at the show, promising a variety of boats and Volvo Penta engines on display for the boating enthusiast.

Water-skiing and wakeboarding are both fast becoming more significant sports in South Australia, and Elite Ski Boats is excited to have the new Malibu 23LSV at the Adelaide Boat Show. Stuart Myles from Elite said the Malibu is an outstanding watercraft. "The 23 LSV was already the world's number 1 selling wakeboard boat, but now there's an all-new version for 2018," he said. "It's new, deeper hull adds more storage, always useful on a boat that seats 15. In the new interior, the WakeView bench seat gives a close-up view of the action behind the boat, or switches to front view in a snap. With L-shaped tanks to hold more ballast, the 23 LSV can carve an even bigger wake."

Anyone seeking a look at the best from across the Tasman should enjoy Inverloch Marine's display, presenting New Zealand's Extreme range of plate aluminium boats at this year's show, including the exciting 605 and 645 from the Game King series, along with two 745 hardtops, one having an enclosed wheelhouse and the other with the latest open back pro fisher layout.

All entry tickets to the show are $10, with children 16 years of age and under admitted free. The popular fishing clinics are included with entry, as are the bumper boat rides for kids on the indoor 16 metre pond.

Up to date details regarding the show are here.
