On Windguru they present two types of forecast

1) GFS
2) WRF (at two density scales)

Often they come up with different forecasts - the WRF in my experience often being windier.  What in your experiences are the most reliable.

Have you looked at the http://www.windguru.cz/int/help_index.php?sec=models - page about weather modelling on the windguru site? It is rather helpful.

At short range (ie for today) the different models should usually be roughly the same- big differences between them highlight either local effects or complex uncertainties in the weather systems.

Do be aware that if you're on a free account, your data is time delayed- on a pro account, the current forecasts are timestamped 0600 UTC today.
