Hi

I need to replace the small twin block on the bow of a laser 2 used for the spinaker.
All the ones I find can not be mounted flat. Does anyone know who makes/sells them and there part number.

Many thanks in advance. John

It might be worth trying the Laser Centre and giving them a description of the block, they should carry them in stock.

I think you want an RWO plain bearing 18mm double block.

You take the pin and shackle out of the top and put a screw down through the hole left and also a screw through the center of the hollow rivet that the blocks rotate around.

It is a bit gash but I think that is how Laser did it, I do not think they used the blackplastic spacers but they might be a good idea.

If it doesn't break it's too heavy; if it does it wasn't built right

It's a ronstan RF662 Double block tube rivet.

Many thanks for all the help
