I've heard a rumour that the sunsail fleet at Largs is for sale, that being the reason SUSA yachting will be piggybacking on BUSA yachting this year, the website no longer lists it in the sailing school section but does in the charter section, does anyone know what's happening?

Sunsail stopped operating out of largs around novemberish.
I gather there are quite a few bids to buy the fleet but last time I was there the fleet was still in sunsail liverly and hadnt moved.
There is a possibility that if the boats are bought as a fleet the new owners will continue to opperate out of largs and ive even heard a rumor that sunsail may reopen at some point but ive got nothing past rumor at the moment...
Looks like its just going to be south coast sailing this year with the top scottish boat at BUSA qualifying for the worlds... Shame really.

I wonder why, dosn't seem to have been a press release or anything about it, would have thought it was quite profitable with there being more to see up there compared to charters on the south coast
