saw it yesterday... whats so exciting? admitedly its not the sort of boat you'd expect to be on there but it looks like it will go for a fair price if it gets sold

I did like the 'Ideal introduction to performance sailing' comment though

Can only think of one or two things he's moving onto if that's his intro to skiffs! I'm interested but I've been offered a 5000 at a very nice price...

Great thanks a lot Les! Hopefully I should be getting this other 5k fairly soon, but I'll still need to find a crew for it! Not sure Wave Rider will be able to make it every weekend

Yes, wave rider would love to come every weekend, but sadly it is a bit of an arse to come up to suffolk from bristol every weekend, i guess that would show commitment, But i would love to come up and sail it as much as i can afford ....../kick your regular crew off :P.

Would anyone actually buy a boat off e-bay?

Well I should be getting the 5000 on Saturday! Crew needed after that!
As for eBay, I've sold 2 boats on there, and both went for more than I expected and also more than I paid for them! They were a GP14 and a Laser though, I don't think the higher performance boats sell as well on eBay.

Id definantly buy a boat off ebay but Id insist on going to see it first unless it was worth pennies
