Have just bought 2! 21' foilers found in a shed. Almost all complete except no dagger boards or travellers (RWO X 25mm X section). Cannot find anything online about these. Does anyone know more? There is a grainy home movie on you tube (search foiler for sale) of one of these sailing.

Will post images shortly as have posted on another forum and this programmer will not allow same image to be uploaded

Hi Steve,

Not sure where you are based but there was a couple of these sailing at Rutland water, from the Whitwell side.
I should be over there in the next couple of weeks if you would like me to ask around.

Cheers
Rich.

Gel coat cracking is probably inevitable and if the boat is going to be dry sailed and properly covered etc not too high a priority unless its actually coming off.

Hi , I have a foiler 21 currently in dry storage ( "Boomerang "). I bought it some years ago at a Speedweek event at Portland harbour.  These are iconic crafts and I thought it worth preservation. I was of the understanding that only 6 or 7 were built and only one other ( "Speedbird " owned by Patrik Mayne) still existed. I am delighted to learn that others do exist and would like to make contact with the owners. It would be great if we could arrange a meeting somweher sometime... I am based in south Germany.

The AYRS back issues have plenty of articles about the Foiler 21.
