The 59er seems to hold its price as only about one a year comes up for sale .
Forget the "old man's boat" image - you need to be pretty agile for this tippy craft!

May be, I guess as Jim says it depends on how much you want to sell it as although they dont come up very often I suspect there aren't that many people looking to buy them... other wise they might have sold more of them.
I've sailed them before, and to be honest its the stability thats part of the attraction.... but then i guess it depends on what your comparing it to. Ian

Yes I reckon it will be fine. Sure we will be to light but then that's a problem we often have. It hasn't got that much more sail than a 29er, and its a pretty flat cut from what i recall, O and I think it has more beam so all in all we'd cope ok i think. Ian |
