I recently met someone who was sailing an RS 300 at just over 9 stone, admittedly it was an A rig but even so it shows it is do able at light weights, I'm sailing one at your weight it seems to be more about technique than brute strength

You could try the 100 again with the smallest sail 7.4sq metres
