Following on from Rolltacks this month and comments elsewhere, can't help but think the decision to drop the Men's keelboat event but keep the Womens is more than a bit strange, it's plain wrong... why not have a mixed event, which would work well with the other two new mixed events proposed in the 470 and multihull.?

My views on keel boat racing have been completely changed after watching the Monsoon cup recently. Really good racing and all in bugger all wind and heavy old lead mines. And a racing format that does suit itself to teh TV which would keep the BBC happy!
