Is there anyone around the Cambridge area who has a Europe they would be prepared to let a friend of mine try? She is short and light and wants a responsive, affordable dinghy. A dinghy instructor, so your boat would be in safe hands!
Other considerations have been a streaker and a laser, but the former is expensive in grp and the latter is really a bit too big. cheers, Nessa |

If she can get to Haversham (Milton Keynes), I'm sure there are people there who would let her try a Lightning, if she doesn't need a cvrda qualifying boat? I bought one coz it was cheap, plastic and I'm too small for a Laser.
If she'd like to, I'll try and find a contact.

Don't you love this forum, Nessa? You're asking a simple Yes / No question and, all of the sudden, you get loads of suggestions to try boats you're not looking for!
I'm not having a go, guys, I just find it amusing because it never fails.

I've tried the - being helpful route and answering the posters question, it doesn't seem to work on this forum, so I've decided that if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. And as my splash is FORSALE I thought I would selfishly plug it.
