Has anyone seen or even better, sailed a Vanguard Vector? They claim it is an entry level skiff, looking at the pictures and reading the rigging guide it appears to be on the simpler side to the other skiffs available out there. Any one got any views and opinions?

Looks a nice boat, shame they don't have any specifications on the website, our equivalent is probably the RS 800.

The vanguard vector is Vangaurd's response to the 29er.  They thought the 29er should be a two wire boat and turned down the chance to build them.

But from the pictures on their website, the vector is a much more basic and cheaper built beast than the lovely Ovington built 9ers

Don't think you can get a Vector in the UK - wait a while and get a 29er X - or an RS800, indeed.
