Are there events in the UK and is there a fleet of them here to race against?
Cant seem to find anything on the class website?

I believe there are some since Richard Whitehouse whose byte I have just bought intends to do them all in his new boat. The worlds are in the South of France but there is always Nationals, on the sea, and Inlands plus a few travellers at places like Bristol Corinthian. Of course if you are a young whippersnapper you can try the Junior Olympic Team! Race against Darren Choy (Sing.) world champ at 16!

If you change your mind about travelling abroard there are several training clinics in the South of France next month, much more fun than training on your own in the UK!

We have a Byte CII open at Thornbury SC this year, at the request of Sarah Gregson (Byte events co-ordinator) and member of TSC. Event is to be run alongside the Laser Wessex traveller series event on Sat 3rd July, first race at 10:55.
