So the big question is who got the other customer boat and where is that
one going to be based?

[/QUOTE]

Did hear there was a Swiss guy on Lake Geneva possibly looking to get into a
new class - but they wouldn't let him join in because he insisted on having
the right to change the the rules, to be the judge and jury and be able to
change the boat and the venue at the last minute !

I'm sorry, did say I wouldn't go down that route again !!

Well chaps, I know exactly who has an RS100. Turned up at my club, Blackpool and Fleetwood YC last Sunday to see a nicely wrapped up, mast down and stored under the top cover, 100.  I won't give the name away and let him have bragging rights, but its one of two that are due here in the next month. Should give us Phantom sailors something to race against... !

Shame but wind was so light on Sunday (and its a strong tidal estuary), the new owner decided not to get it wet.

Anything to do with Mike Saul ?

That is his neck-of-the-woods I think (i.e North of Bristol !)

Is it not all frozen over up North ?

Don't think so, I believe he got it direct (though not collected from the factory, but thats another story),  though yr right, Mike S is based somewhere East of here, Yorkshire Dales SC ?.  Anyway, courtesy of global warming, gulf streams, and the snow knowing its rightful place down in the South and East, its not been bad 'oop North(West) this winter.

Hope to catch site of the 100 this Sunday as we continue through our Frostbite series. If he thrashes the Phants, then I'm gonna start another thread about bandit 100 handicaps... LOL
