Just watch the nationals next week to see whether it was a fluke result. The conditions sounded pretty bad wind wise and with all the off the water stuff going on, i think the nationals are going to give us the real champion this year.

Something along the lines of "Will Flip make the 2012 Games?". Why are the Nationals considered the event of the year, not the Worlds? I realise that many people would not attend both, and with the Nationals being cheaper it will get more sailors, but surely the creme de la creme go to the Worlds? |

Exactly right. It's not like the oppies where a select group from each country battle it out. It's more like the RSeurocup. Brits on tour and you might get a few foreign boats thrown in. It's just not that much of an international class. |
