hiya, im new to the forum, and not sure if this is the place to post this question, but there doesnt seem to be any general advice section, so here goes. I am looking for a keelboat race-oriented book / DVD for spinnaker trimming. Its a pressie for our skipper who is obviously already pretty experienced but wants to improve her spinnaker flying skills. Any recommendations?

She should look for the RYA dinghy course on Sailing with Spinnakers - you can transfer the skills directly to keelboat sailing.
Book-wise you won't get much better than Stuart Walker's book on Sail Trim. |
