This looks like quite an interesting boat! It's sailed in america, looks beautiful. Apparantly it's got 36sp metres of sail downwind, tasty!

I saw an article about this, it has a really clever system to sheet the jib with the main. You set the relative sheeting angle of the jib to the main and then as you ease and pull the main it sheets the jib too. Wooden hull but light, looks fun!

Looks good but is it meant to be sailed single handed cos you dont normally have a single hander with a jib do you ???/ As i probably am correct me if im wrong ! |

but it's heavy!!! designed for home construction from cedar and glass sheathing. Hull is cross between contender, 505 and suppposedly 49er also. Rig is cut down 49er. However the righting moment ( this determines how much power you can actually use ) is quite low - one crew on wire on a narrow hull no wings. |
