Don't go to carsington! They speak funny!! NO OFFENCE!!
For largs as (i told you), there are two sailing areas, so if your into charts make sure u check out both areas, and you will have a great time at largs, it's brilliant! Take a coat & watch out for jelly fish! Happy sailing! |

Stokes is a good spot, camping on a public green next to the club with your boat next to you, but the tide is "all-powerful", and you'd need a solent tidal atlas to understand it! Prevailing wind is SW, but it doesn't always turn up. Anything with north in it will be offshore and gusty, though if you go far enough, the IOW will make anything from the south into an offshore breeze! It's like most places, you need to turn up and use your experience to see whats happening or likely to happen. You won't need tide tables at Chew.... |

Londoners are Northerners, aren't they? They are from the South coast, anyway! Any further north counts as foreign....
