Ally Pally was the best. The Finn stand was easily the best.

Ally Pally or me too. Whenever I've been to the Boat Show at Earls Court its always been to much big stuff for me. I don't regard power boats as being anything related to our sport, if we have to share with others it should be with windsurfers, ice yachts, land yachts, gliders, water skiers, divers, kites, hot air ballons and perhaps light aircraft. As for the most interesting stand I'd go for Moths, 14s, Bosses although I'm sure the Hurricane is impressive. I assume Bigwavedave will now be looking at the RS600s, I'm not sure I ever understood the affection he has for the Finn. Edited by redback |

The RS600 is just a stop gap untill I get my Finn back. You've got to sail a Finn to fully appreciate it. The reason the Finn stand was the best is because I was on it!!!!!

Ally Pally is better than the London boat show if you ae
interested in dinghies. It depends on what you want to see |
