Mmm seaweed is obviously too advanced for me too!
As well as the sites mentioned weatherweb.net has a good service which mails out a summary and diagrams for the weekend ahead. |

www.metoffice.com, www.onlineweather.com, www.xcweather.co.uk and www.windwatcher.net are the ones I use and they seem pretty good. If we are running a big event I also phone the Coastguard and monitor channel 16. |

Jack, you've GOT to tell us! Is seaweed-gazing an ancient weather-divination lore? Please tell us before Sunday, so we can give it a go at the sailing club!

Seaweed! If it pops when you squeeze it and you can hear it it is something like high pressure!!
I cant remember properly but give it a try and see if it works |

www.weather.co.uk is very good for up to date stuff and forecasts if there is a buoy near to you! or where your going!!
otherwise i use windguru and www.onlineweather.com - which is very consistent and one of the best i have found! |
