I have heard mutterings that at a recent event on the south coast the F18’s were made to sign on with a SCHRS rating of 1.00  any truth in it ScoobySi or is it just that - a rumour?

I've no info on that.

Currently the SCHRS website shows 1.01.   As I have said before we are working on changes to the SCHRS formula and as a result some handicaps will change.

That’s the first place I looked and the last news update was on  18th Jan 2004 and you are not the UK Rep, so thought I had better ask if I wanted a prompt reply!

I have heard of that change, and I have sailed under 1.00 this year.  I first heard about it at the Ally Pally boat show but I have not seen any official documentation.

I didn't want to mention it in the dart hawk conversation so as not to add confusion.

Well, we are sorting out the rule first before the website (I have no access or control over the website anyway which is a shame).

It appears you are right Port End Flyer!

I've also heard from another SX sailor that 1.00 was used at Eastbourne Sovereign SC Cat Open.

I wonder what they will be using at the Forts this weekend?

I noticed that a few weeks ago. I also noticed that one SX was listed at 1 and another at 1.01.

How does the latest police caution go?

………not mentioning something that you later rely on in court…….
