How old is my topper?

   I own a topper sail number 20844 which i am trying to get an age of any help greatly appreciated.

	They are up in the hundred thousands, so going to be quite old, someone may have a more definite answer though.

	Oh god that makes me feel old , elaine and I owned a topper as a holiday boat in the 1990s and it was a 8000 number

	Just went for a read of the CA site and they say nearly 50,000 have been built. Numbers slowed dramatically in the 21st century.
