It's a mistake.  They found out that some guy sailed a Finn from South America halfway across the Pacific, so what they are actually going to do is to race the two-handed offshore event in Finns.

I love (!) the idea of Ovingtons being forced to lower their quality and control standards to avoid a large increase in build quality in comparison to recently produced hulls

Just sad it was about 30 mins ago I thought it would have been amusing to add a massive reduction to the PY over the builder change in this thread - as an April fools and to wind up the PY moaners!
