Hi all,
Hopefully I will finally get round to finishing my 1991 early FRP Enterprise. I have some minor repairs to make to the cockpit floor and will probably add an additional lay up of fibreglass for added strength. I am wondering about 'dressing' the floor with stick on EVA decking sheets as seen on eBay (around £35 for 2200mm X 900mm x 5mm) 3M self adhesive? Anyone have any experience or knowledge on this? Would it be up to the job? Thanks |

No experience with it, but if you're thinking of it as a Progrip alternative. All the stuff on ebay I've just looked at is 6mm thick. I think progrip is 2mm

Algeos Foam is the lower cost alternative to pro grip.

Mm...if moisture gets trapped underneath which is almost a certainty on the floor.
I used Interdeck paint on my old fibreglass ent, primed first. Looks smart, is non slip. |
