Laser around the UK

	I went down and checked on his boat which was hidden between the beach huts. It looked quite battered with a make shift keel band for pulling up rough shores. I had some non-sailing friends with me, who were absolutely shocked when i said he had sailed around the UK on it. My wife saw him set off this morning and took a picture which is hard to make out, but it was very calm and he was making slow progress. https://http://www.chimet.co.uk/(S(fdisqy35jwn5vy45xmdvi5jy))/wind.aspx Wind should fill in around lunchtime and give a nice beam reach down the coast. It's getting quite stormy again later but hopefully he's where he needs to be before then. Tuesday looks good weather too so fingers cross that can be his last day. 	He made it to the finish line (Eastbourne Pier) after about 11 hours on the water in gathering gloom, rain squalls and a lot of wind to a warm welcome from the Eastbourne clubs. Huge achievement, not least £14.5K and counting for Prostate Cancer.
