Gareth’s tale should be motivation for many. Nice post.

Vegan?

No; I love steak and chips, chocolate, beer and all the other stuff  ... I just don't have more than I need; I am not greedy. It is not rocket science.

Got it now - not a Vegan, just a t**t

Ah ... well done ...

Eat unlimited rice, corn, potato and vegetables always eat when hungry. Avoid foods that are calorically dense such as oil, cream, butter and processed and fatty cuts of meat. Try looking at a book called the Starch Solution whilst you don't have to go the whole way it definitely offers a interesting outlook

I love sport, work outdoors a lot and have no will power at all. He says, looking at the can of strongbow that is magically open in front of him.
