What is the minimum temperature you need to sensibly use two pack please?

My thinking was I'd remove all the single pack before applying a two pack varnish next season as, you are right, I'd be relying on the single pack adhesion.
Good advice though and lots of sanding with my suggested method. I'll put myself an order in for the perfection plus. Main concern was the mast fittings but I will be leaving them where they are! |

Do you know how many coats you usually apply using the perfection plus system? Is 1 750ml tin usually sufficient? |

from memory a 750ml tin will cover 9 m2 so easily enough for 3 coats on the mast

750 ml is plenty. Clean and prepare mast. Apply one coat. Then if you apply second coat within the overcoating time there is no need to prepare between coats. Two coats is sufficient.
There will be enough left over for at least two more coats. So store carefully. |
