If I was chucking everything else and just aiming to keep the sheave I'd just grind one end or other of the pin away with an anglegrinder.

Am trying to get the sheave itself out of a Proctor jib sheave, so I can use it in the mast heel
am i right in thinking the axle is cap head with the other end peined over? drill the peined end? |
