Any tips please on attaching moderately loaded fittings to a (not brand new) carbon mast.

having never used or extensively looked at a carbon mast im not 100% but the only way i can think you would do it is with special carbon rivets

Top tip is whenever possible to fabricate carbon fittings and bond them into place.
