Do you mean a Dart 15,16 or 18? There isn't anything much smaller than a Dart 15 but you need to first of all establish what sort of use you want to put it to - blasting, cruising, racing, solo, 2 up, with friends? What do you weigh? How competent are you? etc. |

If your new to cats, do a Cat sailing course at your local teaching
establishment, or at least sail for a bit with someone who has got
experience. Cat sailing is quite different to mono sailing, ie less
manouverable, harder to tack and higher speeds in most cases.

By doing the course through Windsport it will let you sail a range of
Cats too, (I think). The Cat courses they do at my old establishment
started with Dart 16s and tried to progress towards 18s. By trying a
variety of boats, you'll be able to find out which one is best suited
to you.
