DESCRIPTION:The Commodore's Cup & Cook Salver race is, traditionally, the first of the RCIYC's passage races of the season. It Starts in St Aubin's Bay and heads weatwards, leaving the Minquiers Reef to port, for the near-40 mile passage to the finish line off the Grand Jardin lighthouse at the entrance to the St Malo roads. This is a race for cruisers with an IRC rating or an RYA NHC handicap. The Notice of Race is on www.rciyc.je. Visiting boats are welcome; there is no entry fee.
