DESCRIPTION:This race marks the opening of the Island's offshore programme, taking boats from Jersey to St Malo, westabout the Minquiers Reef. This very popular race is open to all cruiser/racers, racing under the Jersey Handicap scheme. Boats are split into two classes, the split point depending on the range of handicaps of boats entered. Visiting boats are assured of a very warm welcome to what is, invariably, a great race.
