Chichester Yacht Club would like to welcome all dinghy sailors to Dinghy Week. 

Dinghy week incorporates Family & Junior week and is a week of relaxed dinghy sailing and racing. The dinghy racing, casual sailing and after sailing social events are aimed at all of the family, and particularly the juniors.

<B>Sailing programme overview: </B>
The week will incorporate an 8 race series with two races a day from Monday to Thursday, plus a long distance race and the famous CYC balloon race on the Friday. There will also be race coaching for the Optimist and youth sailors. 

<B>Eligibility: </B>
CYC Dinghy Week is open to any mono-hull dinghy with an RYA Portsmouth Yardstick and the Challenger trimaran, but is not open to other multihull dinghies or sailboards. 

<B>Provisional social programme: </B>
The after sailing activities usually include a barn dance, a treasure hunt, a games evening and a prize giving supper. 

There will also be Oppy coaching and youth coaching available and precise details of the coaching will be published as soon as possible.
