... or expect them to post it on internet forums for their own perverse amusement?

I wont pass comment due to a commercial interest (quite a close one actually)  Not for me, the novelty of driving a pick up soon wears off.  Especially on LONG drives.  Still at least there is no need for a roof rack ;-)

actually there is... no chance of getting the boards in the back

for those interested, the reason is very simple... why pay money to the revenue when you don't need to?

fully expensed light commercial vehicle with private use- no brainer on BIK rate compared to a equivalent powered estate car from a german marque.

I'm waiting for the final advice on the P11D value and VAT re-claim, but AIUI there's sizeable company tax savings too... every little helps!

I'm trying to remember the name, it's an aftermarket top, they fit most pick ups, handy if you have to take oversize stuff anywhere, has an element of weatherproof as well, regret not getting it with my current truck which just has a flap type lid that lifts up at the back only.

I shall do a bit of googlery and edit back if i find it.

Says the same thing.

Dick on board.

For the uninitiated in the ways of windsurf brandism, the little Dickman logo stands for Starboard, as original an idea for a brand-name as ever there was, it is used by folk who don't know any different, a bit like GP14 sailors. You can therefore tell pond monkey is new at windsurfing and has little to no self esteem, again like a GP14 sailor Confused

lol... nought wrong with Starboard, they're the Topper/Laser of the board world, so perfectly okay for someone of my ability and aspiration.   I seem to recall your personal allegiance is with Naish or Mistral boards.

As for Naish, legend is the man, but with a name that rhymes with Gash, you won't see me on one of their boards- even the Global Freewide, which sadly is misrepresentative as it is not free, in fact it's about £1400 for quite a crap tech product.  As for Mistral... they have a board called a Joker FFS, and no one on this forum will play a joker, not after that arse on the olympic commentary got so berated.  Mistral... so cool in fact that Neil Diamond sports the brand... in the 1980s at an AIDS awareness gig!

If Dinghy Sailors ever took to riding Naish I'd immediately lose all respect for the brand anyway..
