Hi: I haven't looked at SW for a year and I've just installed 2.5.1 on a new laptop prior to the new season. You can see from the printout below that SW doesn't like me.
It didn't do this to me in the past.
I've tried changing Paths in Edit Registry Settings. Nout.
So why wont c:\Users\ . . . . open
Probably obvious, but not to me!
Thanks.
Donald

Loaded sailwave 2.5.1. last night and got something like this because the install has removed the ratings subdirectory so you need to replace it and put a ratings file there - I just copied the old one from a backup.

Hi Patj: Thanks for reply. The problem disappeared when I set up a series! Odd but true. Also I've never used ratings files 'cos I only score dinghies. Obviously there is something a bit different in the latest SW.
Thanks again.

You obviously only score fleet racing! I only score dinghies but always handicap racing!
We have our own set of handicaps for Classic and Vintage racing based on age and condition of boat and thus our own ratings file.
