SWSC is 50 this year and so far we have had a founding members tea party, a visit from 'Swallow' from the swallows and amazon film, and on the 13th and 14 th of August we are having our anniversary open regatta.

Oh yes, so there is, tomorrow is Commodores day where he buys the drinks???? I am glad to announce that my pirate hat has arrived just in time for Pirate Day, where we get to walk the plank, drink rum, sail, and tell very bad pirate jokes as well as raise money for charity. See you later me hearties.

The Regatta Weekend has been sailed and won and it was a great event with a brilliant social. The next big event is the Anniversary Gala dinner. Go to the South Windermere Web site for details.
