I have a 12 berth converted 24metre trawler with 3 RIBs which I'm looking to fill for the Olympic sailing next year. This would allow accomodation (full board) and viewing from a large sun deck as well as the RIBs.

Where would be the best place to advertise the availability of this vessel?

you do realise that access anywhere close enough to the race course to make viewing from boats worthwhile is highly, highly restricted, yes? As in, even to get in and out of the harbours will require an escort.

for more, check out http://www.rya.org.uk/programmes/sailforgold/spectate/Pages/spectate.aspx - this page at the RYA  and especially http://www.rya.org.uk/SiteCollectionDocuments/Sail%20for%20Gold/HRO%20Diagram.pdf - this chart . They will have security patrols to chase people off and I think powers of arrest over those who violate the exclusion zones.

What did you expect? This isn't just a sailing regatta, it's an Olympic venue and therefore a much higher profile security risk than any normal sailing event.

And  a higher profile 'commercial entity' as well.

No problem- didn't want you to end up upsetting people by selling them something that the regulations pretty much don't allow- otherwise I'd have been interested in a berth onboard!
