What do UK sailors think about the process, ethos and likely outcomes of the estblishment (wrong word I think?) of Flying Tiger 10 sportsboat design?

Could this boat be a seller in the UK or are we too afraid???? 

It strikes me that this follows in the footsteps of many magazine and newspaper "sponsored" yacht and dinghy designs.....the big difference being that it has been fueled by the speed of the internet, the emergence of China as a cost effective manufacturering base and the "controlled" anarchy of a group of sailors who hold some pretty firm opinions about the kind of boat they want......
