My latest toy is ToY sail number 76.  If anyone has any knowldge they'd like to share, info about the class, or generally wants to cast nasturtiums on my sanity, I'd be glad to hear it.

Of course you can!  at the moment it is in storage in the outlaws' garage, waiting for me to have my op, and then it will have a little light restoration before it hits the water - well in time for the Hunts open!

Right, having been told how to post it in another thread, here's what House's Guide to Dinghies 1970 had to say:
 
After that, a bigger sail was introduced - presumably on the same spars (I remember thinking it loked very low aspect ratio). According to someone who owned and sailed a later boat, it was a bit of a beast in some conditions!

Now there's a term you don't hear much these days.. VD, it's all STI's..

Good Idea though I doubt there'd be many who 'get' it. (Er the idea I mean)Wink

We had an international moth and when I sanded off the paint it had been called, "Light and Strong for Extra satisfaction". No SDI's there then.
