Chrome all the way.

I particularly like the way it will synch the shortcuts between my chrome at home and my chrome at work.

Edit: I expect Mags could tell you the exact breakdown for this forum....

I like to use the Fox. Although I use Safari if FF doesn't work.

I use a combination for testing (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera & Safari) but Firefox as my main browser. It has one really annoying drawback - you can't copy an HTML table into Excel... I use Chrome for that.

IE7/8 for work stuff at work. FF for my stuff at work. Chrome on my Linux PC (handles Flash better), FF on my linux PC for banking and some sites. Chrome 1st and FF 2nd on the home Windows PCs. Safari on daughter 2's Mac.

I've never been able to get on with Opera - I just don't like the way in renders pages.

Like some other things - sailing is more enjoyable when you do it with someone else

Chrome for desktop & laptop cos they sync bookmarks and it just appeals more than Opera (which I have used plenty too). Used all of them but Chrome seems the best at the mo. Use Opera Mini 5 on my nokia for speed.

Funny I did wonder what was driving all these Firefox upgrades, I use it to listen to the radio at work, but nothing else, but today noticed a bit of a blingy upgrade package, wondered who it was, now I know, its you lot.

I got it originally for tabbed browsing, way back when, and have seen no reason to change.

Yep. Can't bear banner ads that flash "Look at me!" so into adblock they go.

IE sometimes for testing and a few sites work better in it e.g. Outlook Web Access.

I have FF at home with adblock and noscript. When wrestling with an already too slow computer I find it advantageous not to sit for ages while the browser crashes trying to start pointless scripts...

I use Opera at work, the speed dial is dead handy and i like having my email in the same window.

I generally only ever use IE for things like Windows Update that just plain don't work properly...

it's funny how so often M**rosoft sites (Windows Update, Outlook Web Access) only work properly in IE... there was a short while that MSN (as in the portal site, not the messenger service) was serving Opera with a Style Sheet that didn't actually work in any browser. If you forced it to serve the IE style sheet, the site rendered well... and the "opera special" didn't work in IE or firefox

IE6 at work though I'm now on the IE8 test team, and mainly IE8 at home, though I also have Firefox etc for website testing.

IE6 and FF2 to be deliberately behind-the-times, for testing purposes.
