looking forward to our annual tripSmile
not worried by killer shrimp but what is the goose poo situation this year?

have you found the pre-entering has reduced numbers?
dont know of any event other than nationals where this is required.

I see if no racing is held, only half the entry fee is refunded Ouch
is that not a bit harsh?  what costs would have been incurred to warrant this?

Hopefully all the races will be run and we will have our usual great time.

I've just been told that the new catering team will be able to provide Fish and Chips via their mobile van until 7pm on Friday night for those that are planning to come up before hand.  I'm planning to be there to see if I can remember how to sail!!!

Just a thought after looking at the confirmed entry list would it not be an idea to even up the two courses by moving a fleet from course a to course b ? at the moment according to my calculations there will 61 boats on course A and just 38 on course b , if for example the singlehanders were moved to course b that would make it 48 - 51 it would also mean 3 start sequences each instead of 4 and 2 which will mean less hanging around between races too.

Yeah! Get those A class right out of the way!

No particular reason!

The reason the divide is the way it is is the course. The boats on course A want an upwind- downwind course. The boats on course B mostly have no kites and want round the cans courses.
