How do i go about straighten it.
A few friends at the clue said i should try to straighten
it as it will likely break.
Any help is appreciated.

Please
Anyone?

Depends how bent it is, but i would suggest if its noticable its probably buggered.  I doubt tuing the boom upsidedown would help as you would have to drill more holes and this would weaken it further.

if you have a broken top section you can make a boom with it

top section isn't sleeved though and I thought a laser boom
was sleeved until past the kicker connection.

looks like a small vertical bend...can you not straighten
it like you would a top mast? make sure you pad the
fulcrum and don't expect it to last much beyond the next
windy sail though

don't you rebend a top section by turning it round?  It usually bends itself back.  Not sure you can do this with a boom as it has fittings drileld and riveted all over and redrilling will weaken the boom further.  Sorry to say i suspect you are in the market for a replacement.

Really doesn't look that bad.  Unless you're planning on getting into the olympic team, it's just a matter of ducking down a bit lower on tacks and gybes isn't it?

Thats the problem, i have a little pices of quite stiff
cloth for the sheet to run through, so it dosnt droop. the
last time i went sailing was in 20+knots and i got the
buoyancy aid cought on it a few times. This caused to me
capsizes on a number of occasions. whitch is why i am now
lookin for a way to straighten it up.
the bend is more extreame with the vang tentions
And i know its not because im not agile, im 15 and play
rugby or a regular basis

Yes, you can salvage the inner sleeve from the old boom (should still be servicable).
